About:

Within the sacred container of our Somatic Chakra Journey, you will experience your energetic body coming alive, as we awaken the seven major energy centers through movement and sound. This afternoon of magic will include meditation, chanting, gentle flowing yoga and organic movements inspired by each of the seven Chakras. We will close with an extended savasana and beautiful sound healing, weaving together crystal bowls, chimes, drums, harmonium and vocal activation. This workshop is open to all, and we look forward to sharing this experience with you!
