Are you ready to break free from limiting beliefs about yourself? About your body, and your own unique expression?

Join us for an evening of Ecstatic Dance!

Together we'll create a safe and sacred space, and journey into our deepest selves through movement and sound.

The evening will begin with an opening circle, to set the container and our intentions, and will then be followed by a gently guided organic movement class to drop us into the body, and into the space with each other. The dance floor will then be opened up for free form movement, and a special guest live DJ takes us on a sonic journey. Our evening will close with a beautiful sound healing.

Our Ecstatic Dance will happen monthly on the last Friday.

About Ecstatic Dance: Our only guidelines are no shoes, no booze (it is a sober space), and please refrain from talking on the dance floor (sound expression is ok!). We look forward to sharing this magical evening with you!!
